Returns & refunds

Because each print is a limited edition and produced to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. We want you to love your piece — if you have questions about sizing or framing before you buy, please get in touch.

Damaged in transit

If your print arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the artwork. We will work with you to replace the print or offer a refund where appropriate.

How to report an issue

  • Email us with your order number
  • Include clear photos of the damage
  • Keep all original packaging until the matter is resolved
